Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Internet Content Group is committed to making its website usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our working standard.

What we have done

• Text and interface colours are checked against the WCAG contrast minimum of 4.5:1 for body text.
• Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
• A “skip to main content” link is the first item in the tab order on every page.
• Headings follow a logical order so screen reader users can navigate by structure.
• Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Form fields have visible, associated labels and clear required-field indicators.
• Interactive targets are at least 44 × 44 pixels on touch screens.
• Body text is a minimum of 16 pixels and reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide.
• Animation and transitions are reduced automatically when a visitor has enabled the “reduce motion” setting in their operating system.
• The site works with browser zoom up to 200% without loss of content or function.

Known limitations

Some things on this site are outside our direct control:

• Embedded map. The map on our contact page is provided by Google. Its accessibility is governed by Google. The full address is also written out as text next to the map so the information is never map-dependent.
• Brand logos. Logos are supplied by manufacturers as images. Each is given text alternative naming the brand.
• Third-party documents. Manufacturer specification sheets or catalogues we forward may not meet the same standard. Ask us and we will provide the information in another format.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility problem, please tell us. Include the page address, a description of what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them. We aim to acknowledge reports within five business days and to describe how and when we will address the issue.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review the site when we make changes and respond to feedback as it comes in. This statement will be updated as that work continues.
